SmartForms is a product of Duxni Tech LLC. This Legal Center provides the primary terms, privacy information, data-handling principles and policies that apply to the SmartForms platform and related services. SmartForms is designed by default not to permanently store Customer submission data.
Additional Agreements
Depending on the selected plan, use case, regulatory requirements or agreed scope, additional agreements or terms may apply, including data processing agreements, business associate agreements, service-level terms, statements of work or other customer-specific contractual documents.
These documents are provided when applicable and are not replaced by the general policies in this Legal Center.
Customer Forms & Privacy
SmartForms Customers are responsible for providing the privacy notices, terms, disclosures and consents that apply to their own business processes.
A Customer SmartForm should link to the Customer's official Privacy Notice and, where applicable, the Customer's Terms or other required disclosures.
SmartForms does not automatically substitute Duxni Tech policies for a Customer's policies.
Duxni Tech / SmartForms legal policies govern the relationship between Duxni Tech and its Customers and the operation of the SmartForms platform.
