SmartForms Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited use
SmartForms may not be used for:
- unlawful activities;
- fraud;
- impersonation;
- malicious code;
- unauthorized access;
- security testing without authorization;
- attempts to bypass platform limits;
- excessive automated abuse;
- infringement;
- harassment or illegal discriminatory use;
- collection of information without required authority, notice or consent;
- use that materially threatens platform availability or other customers.
Enforcement
Duxni Tech may investigate, limit or suspend abusive use where reasonably necessary.
